| The World of Knights

The World of Knights series draws upon the imagery of medieval chivalry, battle, and legend, transforming it into a contemporary meditation on conflict, courage, and the human condition.

Armour, weapons, and monumental figures evoke a distant historical world, yet the paintings are not intended as literal reconstructions of the past. Instead, the knight becomes a timeless figure—at once warrior, protector, adversary, and symbol of the human struggle.

Through dramatic compositions, fragmented forms, and expressive color, moments of confrontation unfold almost like remembered scenes from an ancient story. Victory and defeat, strength and vulnerability, movement and stillness coexist within the same space.

The paintings invite the viewer into a world where history and imagination converge. The armour may belong to another age, but the encounters remain familiar: the tensions between courage and fear, power and fragility, individual destiny and the forces of history.

In this world, the knight is not simply a figure from the past, but a mirror of the present.
